The reason why all those people were so similar was because they were the same people. Then one day as I stared at the list of family names, I had an epiphany. No surprise really-everyone in that branch of my tree seemed to be named Samuel, Benjamin, or Elizabeth. A few years ago I was entering several new generations into my Family Tree Maker database, and the same names seemed to be appearing over and over again. ![]()
